Position Summary
Reporting to the Invoicing Supervisor, the successful candidate will support the timely and accurate issuance of invoices while contributing to data-driven reporting, analysis, and process improvement within the billing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue service invoices and related legal documents in accordance with company and client requirements.
  • Support the preparation and digital management of billing schedules and electronic files.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze Excel-based reports to monitor billing progress, trends, and KPIs.
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding billing inquiries and resolutions.
  • Assist in improving and automating billing processes using data insights.
  • Review and organize legal documents relevant to invoicing.
  • Collect, validate, and digitize billing-related data.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • University degree (AEI/TEI) or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in billing, invoicing, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Atlantis) and e-invoicing processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a service-oriented company or law firm.
  • Knowledge of legal documents or service agreements.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools or data visualization software.
