Job Overview

This role is responsible for variety of billing operations delivered for many different offices in the Europe Region. The main area of focus is ensuring that the whole billing process for assigned Partner’s portfolio is under control, providing best standards of customer service, and timely billing operations.

This position is a 9-month contract

Responsibilities

  • Comply with the firm's policies, internal procedures, and any other legal obligations, and effectively address risks to the firm where those risks relate to this role                
  • Performing day-to-day tasks connected with billing process (preparation of proformas/drafts, issuing final invoices to the clients / recording invoices in Elite, ensuring top quality of invoices sent to the client (in particular: dates, address, purchase orders or clients references, bank references, mandatory legal information per country, calculations, VAT rules, billing templates, e-Blling data), sending out invoices to Clients, submission of e-Billed invoices in e-Billing platforms), ad hoc tasks     
  • Support in resolving standard client queries related to billing process      
  • Regular monitoring of own KPI's on billing process               
  • Ensure inputs received from Partners are stored in the system               
  • Support in day-to-day and ad hoc tasks                   
  • Taking part in the general projects and initiatives (i.e. Billing routines and campaigns)            
  • Working towards quality standards / service excellence                    
  • Knowledge sharing / Training for Interns                  
  • Working towards building professional relations with the Stakeholders                 
  • Support in collaborating with Local Finance teams                
  • Following and mantaining work instructions   

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years in total, including up to 1 year in a relevant role
  • Technical Skills: intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of accounting systems (3e, Elite, SAP): intermediate
  • Language: Advanced written and spoken English
