Who we are
At Aquila, we invest in category-defining B2B/B2G software companies globally, acting as a thought-partner, striving for the success of our companies in the long term. We are a well-managed, profitable company that operates like a startup with the financial backing of a parent company. For our people, this means limitless possibilities.
We are unapologetically unique, pivoting to respond to the needs of the multiple markets we operate in. We have ambitious goals, and we’re looking for genuine contributors with integrity, energy, flexibility, and loyalty. We are investing in building future leaders who can take an idea and make things happen.
Who we need
Plurilogic, an Aquila company based in Quebec, has developed pedagogical and financial management software to empower school administrators with the technology solutions to better manage their school environment, operations, and communications.
Reporting to the Director, Client Services, we are hiring a Bilingual Trainer, Software Implementation and Support to serve as a trusted partner to our client institutions. As the new Bilingual Trainer, Software Implementation and Support, you will play a critical role in client success, delivering training, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth adoption across administrative and financial teams. You will manage multiple clients in parallel and apply your understanding of school finance and payroll processes to deliver reliable, compliant outcomes.
This is an existing, full-time role, working 8:30–4:30 to deliver on-site training and support for 4 days onsite and one day remotely. You will travel within your assigned geographic territory to client schools up to once per month.
Who you are
You are seeking a role that offers the opportunity to solve real operational challenges, and the satisfaction of seeing systems used effectively. You may be a developer interested in moving into a client relationship building role, or an ERP trainer who enjoys helping people understand and adopt complex systems. You may also be coming from the software end user side, with experience in school administration, finance, or payroll, and are motivated by the opportunity to work with multiple organizations rather than a single environment. You are energized by the opportunity to truly connect with end users and focus on work that balances technical problem solving, training, and collaboration, and ownership.
What’s in it for you
Impact. Our software sits at the intersection of finance, pedagogy, and operations. You want to solve operational challenges for schools across Quebec. In this role, you will work directly with school administrators, ensuring they know how to fully engage with and benefit from our powerful ERP platform,
Influence. As the primary point of contact for many clients, you gain a front-row view into how our software is used in real school environments. You will surface patterns, pain points, and opportunities, working closely with internal project management, development, and QA teams to help shape product improvements and implementation best practices.
Ownership. This is a strategic, client-facing role that builds deep expertise in ERP systems, school finance, and training delivery. You will have the opportunity to draw on your expertise and current best practices to build out our knowledge base of training modules (documents and presentations).
Career development. You will work alongside a Director who values partnership and is invested in client outcomes and team development. Whether your goal is to deepen your specialization at Plurilogic or explore future opportunities within Aquila and Constellation Software, you will be supported by a proven, long-term organization.
