Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist fluent in English and at least one other language (French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese), to support hiring delivery through strategic sourcing, talent pipeline development, and close collaboration with recruitment and business stakeholders. This role partners with Recruiting and Sourcing leads, Recruitment teams, and cross-functional groups to ensure high-quality pipelines for business-critical and “always-on” hiring demand. The position plays a key role in driving sourcing strategy, maintaining candidate experience excellence, and delivering measurable resourcing outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Work with Recruiting and Sourcing leads to develop sourcing strategies for assigned areas.
  • Partner closely with the Recruitment team to deliver candidate pipelines aligned to business demand.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing for the assigned area.
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing Associate Manager, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams to ensure appropriate sourcing channels and tools are in place.
  • Proactively source and submit pre-qualified talent with accountability for delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience by building and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
  • Create and deliver business updates and reporting in line with defined governance requirements, producing data-led insights.
  • Actively contribute to sourcing meetings, project plans, and initiatives with the wider Europe Sourcing team.
  • Coach and develop team members to support capability growth.
  • Apply advanced sourcing methodologies including Boolean, X-Ray, and social sourcing techniques.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to provide external market and industry intelligence to recruiters and stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering both high-volume recruitment campaigns and niche sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborative team player with a commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience sourcing direct candidates through multiple channels.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using ATS, CRM, and reporting systems.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive approach to professional development.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language: French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese).
