Role Overview

We are seeking a Jr - Mid Level Recruiter to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for sourcing and recruiting Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for the US market, ensuring we identify candidates who are highly motivated, skilled in sales outreach, and fluent in English.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting experience, with proven skills in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach. You should be passionate about connecting talent with opportunities and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist Sales Development Representative (SDR) candidates for US-based clients.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other tools to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess English level, sales potential, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and provide timely candidate updates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
  • Contribute to creative sourcing strategies (campaigns, outreach messages, referral programs).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in sourcing sales or customer-facing roles for the US market.
  • Knowledge of sales role profiles, particularly SDRs.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, job boards, and social media.
  • Advanced English (verbal & written) – able to conduct interviews confidently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven personality.
