MedVA is looking for a talented and dedicated Bilingual Medical Assistant with a background as a Medical Doctor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your medical expertise and bilingual capabilities to provide exceptional support in a virtual healthcare environment, ensuring effective communication between healthcare providers and patients.

Your responsibilities will include assisting medical professionals in managing patient communications, performing telehealth consultations, coordinating appointments, handling patient records, and interpreting medical information accurately between English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Medical Doctor with relevant credentials
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory
• At least 1 year of experience working in a clinical environment is required
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to convey complex medical information clearly
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and healthcare software
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
