Bilingual Key Account Store Operations Specialist (English/French)

The role
As a Key Accounts Store Operations Specialist, you will work closely with our North American Enterprise Account team to support and grow our largest accounts. You will help launch and onboard stores, track KPIs, build positive relationships with store level employees, and follow up on opportunities and issues, all to ensure that our key account stores perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Onboarding and Launch Management: Set up and train new stores on our platform, track incoming requests and progress to keep all our partner launches run smoothly and on time.
- Ongoing Partner Support: Engage with partner store teams, solve issues, and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Data and Reporting Support: Respond to ad-hoc data requests, monitor store data
Requirements
- Bilingual French/English full proficiency
- Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Great organizational skills - an eye for detail and great administrative follow-ups
- Problem-solving ability and experience in working with performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and via email
