We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented Community Manager to join our dynamic team!
Requirements
The primary purpose of the Community Manager is to manage, plan, and optimize the firm’s digital communication, ensuring the presence, positioning, and consistency of the brand across different online channels. This role focuses on connecting with audiences, generating engagement, strengthening digital reputation, and strategically contributing to client acquisition and retention.
Experience:
● Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media moderation or related roles.
Required Skills:
● Bilingual (Spanish-English)
● Proven experience in social media management and digital community engagement (minimum1 year).
● Proficiency in content management and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
● Strong writing, storytelling, and digital communication skills.
● Analytical ability to measure results and propose improvements.
● Organization and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
