Bilingual Behavioral Health Patient Care Coordinator

A Behavioral Health Patient Care Coordinator plays a key role in guiding patients through the mental health care journey. This demanding position necessitates individuals who are proactive in identifying and addressing potential concerns, equipped with a solid foundation in mental health background and treatments to better understand and support patients' needs. Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct telephonic or video-based intake, gather relevant patient information, and identify immediate needs or concerns.
• Coordinate and manage patient appointments, following established guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records in EMR/EHR
• Direct patients to appropriate remote services or support groups
• Address concerns with empathy and professionalism, contributing to a positive patient experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 6 mths of experience as a bilingual Medical VA.
• Proficient in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in medical software and EMR/EHR systems, cClinicalWorks preferred.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communications skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Psychology Studies.
