Bilingual Account Executive

Your Mission: As a Bilingual Account Executive, you will be the bridge between Stealth Components and our valuable clients. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to establish and nurture strong relationships through phone calls, generate new sales opportunities, and help drive company growth. Responsibilities:

  • Phone Dynamo: Initiate outbound phone calls to prospects, captivating them with your engaging personality and language skills.
  • Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.
  • Sales Strategist: Identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals while exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strategic Thinker: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to develop effective sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
  • Team Player: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Record-Keeping Pro: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and activities using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Rockstar: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Sales Champion: Proven track record in sales or account management, with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Relationship Guru: Exceptional interpersonal skills, quickly building rapport and understanding client needs.
  • Self-Motivated Dynamo: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools. Knowledge of electronic components is a plus!
  • Results-Oriented: Positive attitude, resilience in the face of challenges, and a relentless drive to achieve goals.
