The Role

As a Biddable Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid search and paid social campaigns, with an emerging focus on programmatic media.

Your primary focus will be search, ensuring best-in-class strategy and execution with a strong emphasis on mid-to-bottom funnel, lead-focused performance marketing across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360. Your secondary expertise will be paid social, helping drive performance across LinkedIn, Meta, and other social platforms. Additionally, there will be opportunities to develop programmatic media skills (DSPs, display, video, and emerging channels).

This role is based in Wroclaw, working with our local and global teams.

The contractual working hours are 10am - 6:30pm, including 1 hour lunch break. 

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Management: Oversee lead-focused, mid-to-bottom funnel paid search campaigns, ensuring conversion performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360, while driving efficiency in paid social across LinkedIn and Meta.

  • Strategy Development: Build and refine cross-channel strategies, ensuring maximum efficiency and alignment with client objectives.

  • Optimisation & Testing: Proactively assess and refine campaigns by adjusting budgets, bidding, targeting, and creatives, ensuring optimal performance and lead-to-MQL efficiency.

  • Client Leadership: Serve as a trusted client partner, delivering insights, recommendations, and strategic media direction.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices across search, social, and programmatic disciplines.

  • Performance Reporting: Analyse campaign data, extracting key insights to improve ROI and future strategies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and data teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

  • Budget & Forecasting: Manage financial planning, forecasting, and billing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in spend allocation.
