Bid Management-Internship

If you're interested in technology and want to understand in depth how commercial processes work, including public and private tenders, preparing bids, and communicating with public and private entities, this is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic IT environment.

Through this internship, the ideal candidate will also become familiar with modern tools and workflows, while strengthening your teamwork and organizational skills and enhancing both your knowledge and professional profile.

*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.

 Responsibilities:

• Participation in the preparation and drafting of tenders for public tenders

• Collection and organization of necessary supporting documents (e.g., official declarations, certificates)

• Collaboration with senior executives in maintaining schedules and monitoring tender developments

• Updating databases and electronic files

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a theoretical or technological institution
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Word & Excel)

• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)

• Ability to understand and translate technical and administrative documents
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Communicative personality and team spirit

• Eagerness to learn and become familiar with modern technology trends
