BI Specialist - FinTech

Role Overview:

The BI Specialist will own our Microsoft Fabric platform and build clear, reliable reports for all departments. You will make sure our data is accurate, accessible, and useful for decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our Microsoft Fabric environment.

• Build and update Power BI dashboards and reports for different departments.

• Create and manage data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to keep data clean and up to date.

• Work with teams to understand their reporting needs and turn them into practical BI solutions.

• Monitor data quality and fix any issues quickly.

• Help teams understand and use dashboards effectively.

• Look for ways to improve our BI tools, processes, and data structure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or similar roles.

• Extensive experience with SQL

• Experience in FinTech

• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric or Power BI , Azure Data tools.

• Comfortable building dashboards and automating data workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work with different departments and explain data clearly
