Job Summary: The BI Developer will be a connector who collaborates with different teams to understand how to build reports, dashboards and analytical tools that continuously tracks performance in key areas, identifies sources of cost and inefficiencies, and acts as a consultant to different operational teams for driving improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the business to increase the visibility around their metrics and KPIs, using BI tools to create the dashboards and reports they need to make decisions based on data.
- Initiate and perform analysis of complex business problems by identifying key risk indicators and provide timely and relevant metrics and recommendation
- Utilize structured problem solving to develop hypothesis-driven work plans and approaches
- Design and implement creative data analytics tools
- Drive, build and effectively present business recommendations/decisions informing the organization around trends, insights and recommendations to executives and senior leaders
- Communicate analytic based findings to senior leadership and serve as a strategic thought partner throughout the organization
- Develop a keen understanding of the clients relationship governance structure, dynamics, and outputs
Qualifications:
- Undergrad in STEAM area.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as BI developer
- Proficiency in any BI tool - Tableau, PowerBI
- Python
- SQL
- Cloud environments - GCP, Azzure, AWS
- Big Query
- Github
- Experience putting dashboards into prod
- Fluent English, written and verbal
