Primary Skills
MSBI (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power App, Azure Analysis Services, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks
Job requirements
End-to-end BI architecture, data modeling, and governance across modern analytics platforms
Advanced Microsoft BI expertise (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric), including semantic models, DAX, and Power Query
Strong SQL and ETL/ELT development with proven performance optimization and data reliability practices
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions
Analytics and decision support skills, including scenario analysis, forecasting, and insight-driven storytelling
Experience in CPG or food manufacturing, with working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Strong stakeholder collaboration, solution delivery, and driving analytics adoption through training and enablement
