What you will work on

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (mainly in Tableau) to support business functions.
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis to ensure data quality and insight accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Contribute to ad-hoc analysis projects that drive actionable recommendations.
• Ensure reporting consistency, data reliability, and clarity in visualizations.
• Work in an agile, collaborative, and high-growth environment.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related).
• Up to 3 years of experience in a BI, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Good SQL skills (queries, joins, basic data transformations).
• Experience with data visualization tools (ideally Tableau).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity about data stories.
• Understanding of basic business concepts (KPIs, performance metrics, financial basics).
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and team-oriented mindset.

Nice to have Skills

•  Basic knowledge of Python for ETL processes.
•  Experience working with ticketing/project management systems (e.g., JIRA).
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (Databricks).
