In this role, you’ll focus on Operations Analytics and Product Analytics, helping ensure that performance across our Customer Care teams and selected products is transparent, measurable, and actionable.
What you'll do
As a BI Analyst at Flatpay, you’ll work across a wide range of analytical and reporting tasks using diverse datasets. Your role will focus on strengthening how we track, understand, and act on performance across operations and product.Using your analytical expertise, you’ll review and enhance our existing models to ensure they meet business needs and follow best practices and modern technologies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and exploring business needs for data, analysis, and reporting
- Building and maintaining KPI frameworks for Customer Care teams across Europe
- Developing reports and dashboards (primarily in Power BI) to support operational decision-making
- Analysing product performance, including sales development and customer adoption
- Identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across operations and product
- Ensuring data quality and accuracy through testing and validation
- Optimising existing reports and analyses based on user feedback
- Test and implement newest AI solutions in existing dashboard development or standalone AI Apps
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable with programming and have proven experience with Power BI and SQL. You’re naturally curious, open to learning new technologies, and have a strong understanding of business processes, thriving on connecting business needs with analytical solutions.You are independent, results-driven, and adaptable, and you perform well in a fast-paced, agile environment. You enjoy working closely with stakeholders and turning data into clear, actionable insights.
Your skills and experience
- 1–3 years of experience in data processing and visualisation using Power BI
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to explain financial and analytical concepts clearly and simply
- A degree in economics, computer science, data analytics, or a related field
- A strong business mindset and focus on commercial results
- An AI first approach to data-problem-solving and experience with AI tools such as (Cursor, Claude Code or Genie)
Nice to have
- Experience with operations or customer support analytics
- Experience with product or commercial performance analytics
- Familiarity with data modelling tools (e.g. dbt or similar)
