Brief Description Of The Role:


As a BF Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in a Bitcoin and Crypto sector environment, focusing on assisting and supporting our clients and investors. This position is centered around providing outstanding support within the dynamic world of Bitcoin and Crypto sector environment, rather than requiring specific investment skills or qualifications.

Your main responsibilities will involve engaging with our clients and investors to address their queries related to their accounts, assisting with technical issues, and guiding them in navigating our investment platform effectively.

Utilising our authorised systems and tools, you will offer prompt and accurate assistance, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience. We provide comprehensive in-house training on all aspects of investor and client relations and interactions within the Bitcoin and crypto sector, equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role.

This position is ideal and strictly suited for those who are passionate about client relations and services, AI technology, and other constantly emerging innovative technologies, and who are eager to contribute to a growing support team in the exciting field of the Bitcoin and crypto sector.


Responsibilities:


As a key member of the BF Support Team, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Investigating and resolving investors' and clients' issues, while maintaining detailed records of all communications and actions taken.
  • Attending weekly Investor Relations Calls with Management to receive updates and discuss concerns.
  • Comparing investment amounts with received share amounts and preparing resolutions in consultation with management.
  • Confirming and resolving 2FA inquiries, updating KYC details, and canceling accounts as necessary.
  • Communicating the results of investigations and any planned updates or adjustments to investors and clients.
  • Assessing the validity of complaints and determining possible causes.
  • Referring unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Resolving financial balance discrepancies, addressing billing issues, fees/charge complaints, and adjusting charges/fees on accounts as required.
  • Reviewing investment terms, contract agreements, and terms and conditions to determine coverage of particular losses.
  • Performing duties in other departments as required and contributing to the overall success of the support team.



Experience, Qualifications, Other Skills & Requirements:


  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer service or communications (*but we are open to exploring candidates with less than 5 years experience, who must demonstrate a strong passion, drive, and deep interest in AI technology, Bitcoin, and other crypto sectors), with exposure to administration in public relations, marketing, sales, accounting/tax, compliance, or legal industries.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, marketing, media, or legal studies, all such qualifications is desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with others. Ability to follow management guidelines and instructions meticulously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and copywriting skills for crafting templates and responses, with superior proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A strong passion for technology, particularly AI and emerging technologies, and a genuine interest in the crypto investment ecosystem.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities, with a willingness to undertake both high-level planning and day-to-day executional tasks.
  • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire an understanding of, compliance and legal matters within the crypto finance and investment industry.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving sector, and adept at virtual working environments.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to execute tasks across various departments and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficient in using computers and computer systems for information processing, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in digital platforms and formats, including search engine tools, social media, mobile devices, and digital applications.
  • Proficient in Google Docs and adept at data and information research using web browsers such as Google and Safari.
  • A high level of awareness and understanding of work-related security and privacy issues, including device security and confidentiality of information related to investors, clients, colleagues, and company partners.
