About the role:

  • Our Benefit Specialists are responsible for building a relationship with our clients and helping them with their benefits questions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits-related matters. Provide expert advice, guidance, and recommendations on benefit plan options, compliance, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to facilitate smooth and successful open enrollment processes. Assist in developing communication materials and conducting educational sessions for employees.
  • Stay updated on federal, state, and local laws governing employee benefits. Ensure compliance with regulations such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other relevant statutes.
  • Being detail-oriented will come in handy, because you’ll be responsible for researching and resolving enrollment and billing discrepancies for your clients.

Requirements

About you:

  • You have employee benefits experience with comprehensive benefit plans.
  • You have a knack for customer service, and two to four years of experience to show it.  
  • You exhibit a high level of problem-solving skills and commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
