The Benefits Senior Associate is responsible for the day-to-day administration of all US benefits programs, including health and welfare options for all Company employees. The Benefits Senior Associate serves as the primary liaison with US employees and benefit vendors for all benefit related issues. The Benefits Senior Associate ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments, reports, audits and invoices.

Requirements:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

BS/BA Degree relevant to the role

At least two years of US benefits experience as an assistant, administrator, coordinator or specialist

Proven ability to maintain confidential information

Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Effective time-management skills

Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks and moving targets

Attention to detail, excellent communication, critical thinking and the ability to problem solve will be key skills needed to excel in this role

Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships are essential. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel).

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. (Pivot Tables & Lookups).

Knowledge of US benefit related federal and state regulations impacting employee benefits programs, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and Section 125.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience with ADP

Benefits administration

Leave administration/management experience
