Position Objective:
The Benefits & Compensation Manager role plays a key role in shaping OneEnergy’s culture and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent. This role is responsible for managing OneEnergy’s benefit programs, compensation programs, HR compliance, and leaves of absences. This role is hybrid, with a preference for the hire to be based out of our Madison, WI office. However, we are open to considering candidates who would be based out of our Boulder, CO or Seattle, WA office as well.

OneEnergy’s compensation packages are dependent on an array of factors including, but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, geographic location, and other organizational needs/ We provide generous Paid Time Off (six weeks/year), Paid Paternity Leave and an impactful Volunteer Time Off Program. Salary ranges for this position vary dependent on location: Madison, WI ($80,000 - $120,000), Boulder, CO ($90,000 - $130,000), Seattle, WA ($100,000 - $140,000)
