WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

The Benefits Analyst is responsible for end-to-end ownership, strategy, optimization, and compliance for Boldr’s global benefits ecosystem. This includes designing, evaluating, managing, and continuously improving employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance across all jurisdictions, and driving a world-class employee experience.You will serve as the subject matter expert, escalation point, and strategic advisor for all benefits-related matters across multiple countries.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Benefits Administration & Operations

  • Oversee the administration and manage full end-to-end lifecycle employee benefits programs for 600+ employees, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and wellness initiatives.
  • Administer and maintain employee benefits records in ADP; process new hire and qualifying event transactions, own benefit vendor file feeds, audit and regularly troubleshoot errors, and consistently work to improve experience in the portal.
  • Proactively manage invoicing processes for all vendors including conducting monthly audits to ensure accuracy of enrollments and payment.
  • Manage COBRA benefits administration and third-party vendor.
  • Lead benefit program evaluations, benchmarking, utilization reviews, and cost analyses to recommend enhancements and ensure competitiveness.
  • Support annual renewal planning, including reviewing plan performance data and partnering with consultants to prepare recommendations for plan changes.
  • Partner in vendor performance monitoring, renewals, and negotiation processes to support quality and cost-effectiveness

Leave of Absence & Policy Execution

  • Manage full end-to-end ownership of leave of absences, accommodations, time off, life, and disability policies in partnership with leave TPA.
  • Ensure processes are compliant, timely, and aligned with internal guidelines and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Support consistency and alignment of leave and time-off programs across different regions as Boldr expands.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Compliance

  • Partner with Finance, Payroll, and Legal functions as required regarding plan operations, contracts, funding, invoicing, and accounting.
  • Partner with benefits consultants to manage all federal, state, and local compliance, filings, reports, and audits related to the administration of employee benefit programs.
  • Assist in international benefits and leave administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global strategy discussions, budgets, vendor evaluations, and policy improvements.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and ensure Boldr’s programs remain compliant across multiple jurisdictions.

Employee Support & Communications

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for benefits-related questions.
  • Design benefit-related material, create, and facilitate benefit presentations for new hire orientation and annual open enrollment.
  • Drive benefits education through ongoing communications and training to increase awareness, participation, and understanding of Iterable’s benefit program.
  • Support the development of clear and accessible benefit resources to improve employee understanding and reduce escalations.

Continuous Improvement & Strategy

  • Drive consistent improvements by evaluating internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of benefit trends in the market, analyze, evaluate and propose improvements based on data, compliance, and relevancy.
  • Lead or contribute to multi-quarter benefits initiatives that improve operational scalability and support long-term program design.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership by synthesizing market data, utilization trends, and employee feedback.
  • Support long-term planning, including forecasting, budgeting inputs, and evaluating global expansion needs.

YOU HAVE…

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3-5  years of progressive experience in Benefits Administration, Total Rewards, or People Operations.
  • Experience supporting large employee populations (500+) and managing multi-jurisdictional benefits programs.
  • Prior involvement in vendor management, renewals, or strategy discussions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid analytical capabilities, decision-making skills, and ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
  • Driven, innovative, resourceful and critical thinker capable of adapting and driving positive, progressive change proactively.
  • High level of discretion with strong integrity and the ability to effectively manage and maintain the confidentiality of information.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners, support leadership with data-driven recommendations, and contribute to long-term strategy.
