About this role
The work completed by the behavior support specialist involves the functional assessment and development of strategies to support Adult IDD consumers experiencing behavioral difficulties. Assignments are varied in nature. The work setting is varied and may include residential homes, day programs, and/or community settings. Workers in this classification report to the BSS Director.
Does the following apply to you?
- Master’s Degree in Human Services or a closely related field; or, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or closely related field if under the close supervision of a Master’s Level Clinician.

Have a valid PA driver’s license and a good driving record
