About Your Role:
As a Behavior Consultant you will be responsible for providing specialized behavioral support to individuals who may demonstrate behavioral challenges because of limited social skills, communication skills, mental health symptoms, or developmental delays. This position provides clinical oversight of all treatment and provides specialized interventions to consumers.

School District: Blueprints Head Start (multiple locations over Washington County)
- Summers off,unpaid, as this position is for the school year.
- Could pick up hours in IBHS if one qualifies and if there are hours available.
Perks of this role:

Billable rate: $23.25-$26.50/hour
- Other pay rates apply for training, travel, and administrative time. This information will be shared during phone screen/interviews.
Does the following apply to you?

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or similar human services field required.
- Travel required
- Preferred experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Knowledge/experience with ABA interventions is helpful (For example: Positive Reinforcement, Modeling, Discrete Trail Training, Extinction, Functional Communication Training, Pivotal Response Treatment, Redirection, Natural Environment Teaching, Verbal Behavior Intervention, Differential Reinforcement of Alternative Behavior, etc.)
