• Strive to achieve your personal sales targets and KPIs — because success is beautiful too.
• Elevate every transaction through genuine connection, link selling, and personalized recommendations.
• Welcome each client with warmth and confidence — “Welcome to Guerlain.”
• Provide tailored skincare consultations and demonstrate products using Dare to Be techniques.
• Deliver custom-fit beauty rituals and advice that suit every client’s needs and lifestyle.

Image & Presentation

• Dress the part — wearing Guerlain’s uniform with confidence and pride.
• Embody the elegance and sophistication of the Guerlain brand at all times.
• Use only Guerlain products during working hours to represent the brand authentically.

Team Spirit

• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative counter environment.
• Take initiative on assigned tasks and work closely with your Retail or Sales Manager to achieve shared goals.
• Communicate openly and celebrate each other’s successes — together, we shine brighter.
