We are currently hiring for our 5* resort Domes Noruz Kassandra, an ultimate luxury experience, located in Kassandra Chalkidikis.

Beach/Pool Attendant

The Role:

The Beach/Pool Attendant role at Domes Resorts focuses on caring for and assisting guests at the beach or pool, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Close collaboration with the F&B team is essential to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming beach or pool environment.

Some of the responsibilities:

Guest Service & Complaint Management

·        Warmly welcoming guests and providing assistance at the beach.

·        Offering information about beach/pool services and available activities.

·        Addressing guest complaints and resolving them promptly.

Operational Services

·        Maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the beach/pool area and its facilities.

·        Overseeing the setup, maintenance, and proper use of sunbeds, umbrellas, and related equipment.

·        Monitoring weather conditions and keeping guests informed to ensure their safety.

Collaboration with Other Hotel Departments

·        Coordinating with other hotel teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

Useful to have:

·        Previous experience in a similar position will be appreciated.

·        A good command of English will be considered an asset.
