Your day-to-day

You aren't just "executing tasks", you’re owning the architecture that helps our clients win.

• Become the Trusted Advisor: You’re more than a dev; you’re a strategic partner. You’ll build deep relationships, guiding clients through the "Data + AI" maze with clarity and confidence.
• Untangle the chaos: You’ll solve high-stakes data puzzles, unifying fragmented sources into high-performance, centralized platforms.
• Bridge vision & reality: You’ll map abstract business goals to concrete technical components, scoping and delivering engagements with a solution-first attitude.
• Stay at the bleeding edge: Technology moves fast; you move faster. You’ll constantly experiment with the latest tools to advise clients on the most future-proof path.
• Roadmap the Future: You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture their immediate needs while building the long-term data roadmap.
  
  

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who balances technical mastery with a consultant’s mindset and ideally has 2 or more years of relevant experience.

• The Engineering Core: You live and breathe data engineering best practices. You don't just build pipelines; you build robust, scalable systems.
• Clean-Code Fanatic: SQL and Python are your primary languages. You write code that is clean, versioned (via Git), maintainable, and something your future self (and our team) will actually enjoy reading. 
• Cloud Native: You have hands-on experience navigating platforms like Snowflake, Azure, Databricks or AWS.
• The Power-Up toolkit: If you’re already comfortable with dbt, Docker, Terraform, or Python, you’ll hit the ground running. Experience with project management? That’s a massive plus.
• The Multi-lingual Professional: You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• Local & Ready: You are currently living in Belgium or are open to relocate from within the EU.
