Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to facilitate transactions and liquidity
Develop and implement market maker business development strategies to achieve the company’s growth goals
Analyze market trends and competitors and provide liquidity strategy recommendations to the company
Coordinate internal teams including traders, risk management and technical teams to ensure smooth trading flow
Participate in product development and improvement to meet customer needs and improve market competitiveness
Requirements
Have a bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics or related fields, and have excellent English communication skills
Have experience in market making or trading, better to have solid clients relationships, and be familiar with financial markets and trading processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work with a variety of stakeholders
Have the ability to analyze and solve problems, and be able to make decisions quickly and cope with pressure
Applicants with in-depth knowledge of digital currency, securities or derivatives markets will be given priority
Have good teamwork spirit and self-motivation ability
