The Job in a Nutshell💡

We’re looking for a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Specialist with a strong IT and

Disaster Recovery (DR) background to support, maintain, and enhance our BCM and IT resilience

framework. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the organization’s ability to respond to

and recover from disruptions by coordinating DR activities, supporting BCM lifecycle processes,

and working closely with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders.

You’ll be involved in DR planning and testing, business impact analysis, risk assessments, and

regulatory compliance, while acting as a bridge between technical teams and business units to

ensure resilience requirements are effectively implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks.
  • Coordinate and support DR planning, testing, and execution in collaboration with IT and technology teams.
  • Assist in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments across
  • business and IT functions.
  • Monitor and track BCM and DR action plans, ensuring timely closure and reporting to management.
  • Support the development, review, and maintenance of BCP and DR documentation,
    including recovery strategies and procedures.
  • Participate in BCM and DR tests, exercises, and simulations, and support post-test
  • reviews and improvement actions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure BCM and DR requirements are clearly
  • understood and implemented.
  • Support regulatory, audit, and internal assessment requirements related to BCM and IT
  • resilience.
  • Prepare BCM and DR reports, dashboards, and metrics for management and committee
  • reporting.

What Are We Looking For❓

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery,
    or IT Risk/Resilience roles.
  • Strong understanding of DR technologies, IT infrastructure, and application recovery
    concepts.
  • Good knowledge of BCM lifecycle activities including BIA, risk assessment, strategy
    development, and testing.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., SAMA) related to BCM, DR, and
    operational resilience.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good command of English (Arabic is a strong advantage).


  • Important note: This role is not open to fresh graduates and requires hands-on experience in
    BCM and IT/DR domains.
