As an ERP Consultant (Business Central), you’ll help shape and optimize our system, work on integrations and improvements, and collaborate closely with finance and operations teams. You’ll have real ownership, a chance to influence decisions, and see the direct impact of your work as the business continues to grow. As an ERP Consultant specializing in Business Central, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and support implementation and optimization of ERP processes across finance and operations. Your day-to-day:

Administer user rights and access levels in the organization's business management systems (ERP).

Ensure the accuracy of system configurations and compliance with business processes.

Develop detailed use cases, User stories, wireframes, and other specifications to be used during implementation, testing, and maintenance of a feature.

Support planning and execution of ERP-related initiatives and feature releases.

Work closely with finance and operations teams during testing and implementation.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal standards.

Monitor system performance and proactively suggest improvements.

Participate in scope planning, backlog estimation and slicing.

Your skills & experience:

At least 2 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).

Solid understanding of ERP workflows, process design, and data structures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into system functionality.

NICE TO HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and AI.

Background in finance, accounting, or business process optimization.

Experience in ERP implementation or migration project.

Salary:

Gross salary: 2900 - 5200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
