About Our Program:

The North American Peak Achievement Athletics Internship Program is designed to give undergraduate & graduate students an opportunity to gain valuable work experience, to learn more about the business and their field of studies to be able to excel in your careers! Interns will have optional 60 – minute lunch & learns to give exposure to business initiatives and departments as well as mentors to help guide you through.

Mississauga, ON Program Timeline: Monday, May 4, 2026 – Friday, August 21, 2026 (16 weeks)

This internship will be up to 35 hours per week & hybrid with 2 days in office, 3 days remote.

To be eligible, you must be: 

1. Enrolled as a student at the Canadian post-secondary institution.
2. A Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
3. Completing a work-integrated learning component as part of their curriculum.

Want to join our team as an E-Commerce Inventory Analyst Specialist?

Reporting into the DTC Planning Manager, the E-commerce Analyst - Intern will primarily focus on driving business results through sales analysis to meet evolving business needs for Bauer Hockey. This role will be responsible for sales analysis, reporting, and monitoring of inventory for the Direct-to-Consumer business. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail oriented and brings an entrepreneurial work style.

What You Will Be Doing: 

• Build, maintain and disseminate weekly reports showcasing the performance of Bauer Hockey’s direct to consumer channels.
• Leverage AI tools to determine recommended buys to meet consumer needs based on various factors.
• Explore forecasting tools to improve demand planning and sales forecasts.
• Utilize AI tools to monitor trends and discover patterns that can be used to grow the business, improve the digital experience and/or lead us to better outcomes.
• Develop new reports and visualizations that provide your team members with insights.
• Fulfill ad-hoc data requests for peers and leadership. This may include data retrieval, building slides and assisting with data-supported recommendations.
• Ensures integrity of information reported/presented.

What You Will Bring: 

• Pursuing a degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in sales analysis, forecasting, buying, or supply chain, preferably for an ecommerce business.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support business analysis and forecasting.
• Proficiency with excel, SAP, and cloud-based BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with Shopify Platform and Google Analytics is an asset.
• Experience in developing reports and dashboards using SQL / Python, preferably for an ecommerce business.
• Ability to apply data to challenges and transform those into opportunities to astound the consumer or drive operational efficiencies
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization.
• Curious by nature with a keen sense of what’s normal and what’s anomalous.
• Hockey experience would be highly beneficial.

Pay Range: $19.00/hour - $24.00/hour CAD
