The ideal candidate will experience a dynamic, fast-paced and interesting environment, and will contribute to define the best software solution, while maintaining and evolving the current infrastructure. We are ready to invest in you, as to become an important team member and a good Software Developer   Your duties and responsibilities Developing software in Cobol under supervision and help of an experienced Team lead. Working in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture Team player with great interpersonal skills & self-motivated, fast learner, independent and proactive attitude. Other duties:  We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands   Your skills, experience, and qualifications required Students in the last year of College, University, Faculty of Informatics or degree in computer science (engineering), numerical (mathematics and physics), Economics. No need of working experience in Software Development. Written & verbal English skills. We require: -  Good knowledge of algorithms -  SQL (one of Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)  -  Analytical & flexible thinking -  Interest in exploring and developing the banking processes  •    Nice to haves  -  Good programming skills What we offer: A 3 month long paid training period, working in a young team, Italian language lessons, continuous learning, professional growth opportunities.
