We are currently seeking a highly skilled Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist to join our esteemed client in Croydon. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity for a pharmacist with strong NHS experience and a background in hospital ward-based clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services across hospital wards, including taking drug histories, conducting medicines reconciliation, performing clinical screening, and reviewing TTAs. The role requires experience with EPMA systems—ideally Cerner, as this is the system in use. The pharmacist will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medicines, contributing to patient care and supporting service delivery across the trust.
