We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Operations Manager to join our team located at Maxol Kiltale. As the Bakery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery production centre, ensuring efficiency and quality in all aspects of production.
The Role:
Manage and coordinate bakery production staff support personnel
Develop and implement operational procedures to optimise production processes
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth
