Bakery Assistant - Full Time

Lynch’s Bakery, Mace, Old Leighlin, Co. Carlow, R93DX62 seek a Full Time Bakery Assistant to work in their Scratch Bakery. 

Training is available for a suitable candidate

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Work with the bakery team to ensure the smooth day to day running of bakery operations
• Decorate and prepare orders for delivery the following morning
• Ability to work to consistently high standards
• HACCP duties
• Food preparation
• Product development
• Merchandise and present the Bakery to the highest standard at all times
