Your Role as Baker

As a Baker at COBS Bread, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to freshness. Early in the morning, you will fill the bakery with the delightful aroma of artisan bread and treats, ready to serve our loyal customers as they begin their day. We’re looking for passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Bake daily bread and other goods according to our carefully crafted recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the bakery
• Follow production schedules and ensure quality standards are met
• Work collaboratively with your team to provide an exceptional customer experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move continuously throughout your shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 22 kg
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Occasional pushing and pulling
• Proficient use of both hands, with near-constant wrist motion
