REPORTING TO: Site Supervisor/Operations Manager

SHIFT PATTERN: 5 out of 7, 20 hours per week

PAY RATE: 12.60 per hour

Experienced cleaning operative with great attention to detail required. ABM uniform will be provided and must be worn at all times. To carry out cleaning duties as directed by the Supervisor and or Line Manage

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include:

• Office Cleaning / Work station cleaning (IT equipment)

• Hard floor Cleaning (Use of Buffing machine / Scrubber Dryer) Training given

• Vacuuming / Dusting / Waste removal

• Kitchen / Vending area Cleaning

• Toilet cleaning

• Machine Carpet cleaning

• High Touch Point Cleaning & Fogging

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred

• Good communication skills both verbal and written

• Smart Clean Appearance

• Can work as part of a team as well as working alone

• Being able to use a buffing machine is an advantage (not essential as training will be given)

• A proactive/can do attitude to work.

ESSENTIAL:

• Candidates must be punctual, trustworthy and have a good eye for detail.

• Good communication skills both verbal and written
