🚀 About the Internship
Join MindPal for a 3-month backend internship focused on real-world impact, hands-on coding, and cutting-edge AI products. You’ll contribute directly to our recruitment platform used by tech companies across Europe and the US.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Maintain and develop backend services using Python and Django REST Framework

• Write unit tests to ensure stability and scalability

• Build and improve SQL-based dashboards

• Collaborate directly with tour CEO and HR Team on features and improvements

• Work alongside a small, highly technical team building AI-driven recruitment tools

Requirements

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• A solid foundation in Python and basic knowledge of Django

• Interest in AI, especially LLMs and automation

• A passion for clean, readable code and attention to detail

• Availability to work on-site in Gliwice

• Willingness to learn fast, receive feedback, and grow
