YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

Develop impactful solutions: Design and implement significant solutions from scratch, supporting your technical decisions with sound reasoning and data-driven evidence.

Collaborate effectively: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business scenarios, clarify requirements, and deliver timely solutions within scope.

Design for simplicity: Create straightforward solutions that are easy to test, debug, and maintain, with logical and user-friendly APIs.

Navigate and enhance existing code: Work proficiently within a large codebase, effectively debugging and improving existing code.

Share knowledge and grow: Actively participate in chapter learning sessions, sharing your expertise and contributing to the team's collective knowledge.

Prioritize customer impact: Align your work with user needs, business goals, and team objectives to maximize customer impact.

Deliver consistently: Regularly ship production-ready code with minimal management oversight.

Monitor and respond: Build dashboards to track and alert on application and feature-specific metrics, and participate in incident response.
