Backend developer (Fullstack - Node & Python)

MISSION

Responsible for building and scaling backend services, APIs, and AI integrations within a microservices architecture. Works across Node.js (core services) and Python (AI/inference) to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable systems. This role also serves as a key bridge between development teams and client stakeholders, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements clearly and effectively.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Node.js (TypeScript) and Python

• Build and manage RESTful APIs and integrations across frontend and AI/inference layers

• Work with a polyglot data stack including Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, and object storage

• Collaborate on containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines to support deployment workflows

• Ensure backend systems are scalable, performant, and secure

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders, clearly communicating requirements, progress, and constraints

• Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and technical recommendations to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript

• Experience with Python for APIs and AI/inference services (preferred)

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API design principles

• Experience with CI/CD processes and modern deployment workflows

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to confidently communicate technical concepts, requirements, and opinions to both internal teams and client stakeholders
