Roles and responsibilities:

• Submit and track prior authorization requests.
• Follow up on prior authorization statuses to ensure timely approvals.
• Rebill denied or rejected claims with appropriate corrections or additional documentation.
• Monitor and ensure that all authorized services are appropriately reimbursed by insurance payers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of authorization approvals and claim status.
• Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve issues affecting payment.

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience in any Healthcare campaign
• Prior Authorization experience is a PLUS
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
