Back Office CSR | Healthcare Account | With 21K Signing Bonus

Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete and submit prior authorization forms accurately and efficiently.
• Research medications and treatments using trusted online resources, including Google and clinical databases, to understand their use and relevance to requests.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to gather and verify information as needed.
• Track and follow up on submitted authorizations to ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of all authorization requests and outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience handling a US Healthcare Account
• Knowledge in submitting and processing Prior-Authorization is a PLUS
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
