We are looking for a motivated and innovative Back-end Engineer to join our team in Reykjavík, Iceland. This is a fantastic opportunity to create impactful, user-friendly interfaces that will help shape the future of travel technology.

This role is an on-site position in our Reykjavik, Iceland office.

What you’ll do:

• Tackle Real-World Challenges: Dive deep into addressing real challenges faced by tour operators to make a meaningful impact on the global travel industry.

• Code with Purpose: Write and implement code on a daily basis, turning innovative ideas into functional solutions that drive our platform forward.

• Bridge the Gap: Work closely with product managers and designers to bring ideas to life. Collaborate on feature specifications and provide technical insights, ensuring seamless integration of design and functionality.

Application process

• Initial call (30 minutes): Connect with our recruiter to learn more about the role and share your background.

• Technical screening (45 minutes): Interview to assess your technical expertise, provide insight into our work, and gauge your interest in advancing further.

• Coding assignment: Solve a simple coding assignment at your own pace.

• On-site interviews (around 3 hours total): Meet the team, tour the office, and engage in technical discussions, job-relevant coding exercises, and cultural fit conversations with team members.
