Back-End Developer (Python) for AI Agent

We are looking for a Mid-Level Python Developer, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining our backend infrastructure for AI products. Join the CyberCare AI Labs team - we create unique AI-powered solutions like chatbots and ticket bots, as well as multilingual support systems from scratch. Your input could make a big difference, shaping how we solve problems for millions of people around the world. What You Will Do

Design and implement scalable backend systems.

Develop and maintain APIs and microservices that facilitate communication between AI agents and other system components.

Discuss, estimate and plan key milestone deliverables with peers.

Conduct continuous testing, research, and evaluation of user feedback and metrics.

Play an active part in shaping the product, based on what's technically possible.

What We Expect

3+ years of experience building backend systems with Python.

Experience in FastAPI.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles.

Understanding of CI/CD, design patterns, and clean code.

Previous experience building highly scalable, secure, and reliable systems from the ground up.

Knowledge of SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging queues, key-value stores, logging, and monitoring solutions.

Experience with chatbots, NLP, and ML is a big plus.
