🧩 Back-End Developer – .NET 8, Azure & Kubernetes (Full-Time, Remote)
Launchpad is hiring a Back-End Developer with solid experience in .NET and microservices architecture to help us build scalable, high-performance systems. You’ll work with a modern Microsoft stack—.NET 8, Azure, MySQL, CosmosDB, and Kubernetes—collaborating across teams to design and deliver solutions that power critical applications.

🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 to 16.30 PST
🏡 Work mode: 100% remote
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and implement back-end services and APIs using .NET 8+ and microservices architecture
- Develop and optimize database solutions with MySQL and CosmosDB for scalability and performance
- Work in a cloud-native Azure environment to deploy and manage solutions
- Containerize applications and handle deployments using Kubernetes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and resilience
- Conduct unit and basic end-to-end testing to ensure quality before release
- Participate in code reviews, write technical documentation, and ensure high standards
- Collaborate closely with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to align goals and delivery
✅ What You Need to Succeed
Must-haves
- 3–5 years of experience with .NET Core / .NET 8
- Proficiency in MySQL, with exposure to CosmosDB
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
- Experience deploying services in Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Ability to write and validate tests (unit, functional) for your own code
- Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-native development practices
- Strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative spirit
- Effective communicator with experience in agile environments
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in Azure-based production environments
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures
- Background working with distributed systems
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD workflows
- Understanding of DevOps practices in cloud-native ecosystems
