Your career at Booksy as Communications Manager (m/f/d) will give you the opportunity to shape the B2C narrative and amplify our brand in the Polish market. You will lead the development and execution of communication strategies that directly support our company goals and sales initiatives. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining brand consistency across all external and internal communications, helping to build our reputation as a market leader in the beauty and physiotherapy industries.

Working closely with B2C Campaign Manager PL, you'll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging with campaigns and brand positioning. You'll also support crisis communication efforts, acting as a key advisor during sensitive situations. You’ll be excited by the prospect of monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of your campaigns to make data-driven recommendations that will continuously improve our communication efforts.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

• Strategic Communication ability to design and execute comprehensive communication strategies tailored to B2C audiences.
• Experience in planning and executing communication for customer databases (eCRM campaigns) to drive retention and loyalty.
• Proven experience or a solid understanding of working with performance marketing campaigns.
• Experience working closely with graphic designers to translate communication concepts into high-performing visual assets.
• Proven, hands-on experience in managing end-to-end PR activities.
• A track record of managing multiple communication projects simultaneously, moving from high-level strategy to hands-on execution under tight deadlines.
• A native command of the Polish language and professional proficiency in English.

It will also help you to have…

• Experience in planning and executing influencer campaigns - from crafting creative briefs to analyzing performance and ensuring brand consistency.
• Experience working in tech companies will be an advantage.

For this role, we offer a salary of up to 12,000 PLN gross monthly, depending on the level of experience and skills you bring to the team.
