About the role
Building great digital products is hard. Doing it across multiple countries, platforms, and teams is even harder - and that’s exactly the challenge we’re solving.
We are looking for an engineering-driven professional who wants to work at the intersection of product, engineering, and real-world end-to-end delivery, helping turn strong platforms into B2B solutions that actually work end to end.
In our context, B2B (Business-to-Business) refers to digital products used by business customers - from small companies to large enterprises - to buy, manage, and operate telecom and IT services.
Our B2B digital vision includes solutions are building on existing, proven B2C platforms (such as digital shops and self-service apps).
This involves:
This role exists to bring these worlds together.
You will work across business-facing product teams, engineering delivery teams, and local country IT organizations to create clear, realistic end-to-end delivery plans - and help turn those plans into reality.
This is not a people management role. Influence comes from technical understanding, credibility, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common goal.
This role sits in Deutsche Telekom’s European headquarters and works across nine European operating companies (NatCo’s). The base location is Hungary, with flexible and remote-first day-to-day work. Travel across Europe happens occasionally for important delivery moments, not as a constant expectation.
