In this role, you will lead client conversations, manage the commercial process end-to-end, and work closely with internal teams to ensure that what is sold is clear, realistic, and aligned with delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor to companies looking to upskill their teams, while also contributing to the evolution of our B2B offering.
This is a client-facing, consultative sales role for someone structured, proactive, and comfortable owning deals from first contact to handover.

💼 Your Responsibilities
1. Lead the B2B Sales Process
- Run discovery and sales meetings with companies (HR, L&D, Operations, C-Level and Innovation teams).
- Understand client goals, constraints, and training needs.
- Structure commercial proposals covering scope, format, calendar, pricing, and funding options.
- Manage the full sales pipeline in HubSpot, from first contact to deal closure.
- Negotiate and close deals in alignment with internal stakeholders.
2. Own the Client Relationship During the Sales Phase
- Act as the main commercial point of contact for clients.
- Ensure expectations are clear and realistic before handover to Delivery.
- Coordinate timelines, documentation, and funding requirements with the client.
- Prepare structured handovers to the Delivery team to ensure smooth execution.
3. Contribute to Product & Go-to-Market Improvement
- Share insights from discovery calls and sales meetings with the B2B Business Unit Lead.
- Identify recurring client needs, objections, and market gaps.
- Suggest improvements to training products, pricing models, and sales materials.
- Contribute ideas for new tests, pilots, or commercial approaches.
4. Support Outbound & Lead Generation (Secondary Focus)
- Support targeted outbound campaigns for specific industries or client profiles.
- Execute structured outreach via LinkedIn, email, or phone when needed.
- Help refine messaging to improve conversion.

- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, ideally in training, SaaS, HR Tech, or services.
- Comfortable leading client meetings and managing commercial conversations end-to-end.
- Structured, organized, and able to run effective discovery conversations.
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot is a BIG plus).
- Based in Lisbon.
