We are currently seeking a B2B Outbound Cold Calling Specialist for our client, a dynamic US-based company looking to expand their sales team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential business clients, introducing their services, and creating opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive outbound cold calls to target businesses to introduce our client's services and solutions.
• Identify and qualify leads by assessing prospect needs and potential business fits.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to generate interest, answer queries, and schedule appointments for further sales discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, prospects, and appointments within the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team targets related to calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
• Provide insights from calls to help refine targeting and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B cold calling or outbound sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven with a passion for sales and meeting targets.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
• Proficient in using CRM systems for tracking leads and sales activities.
• Able to handle rejection and maintain resilience amidst challenges.
• Strong organizational skills to manage call schedules and follow-ups effectively.
• Experience in the technology or services industry is a plus.
