About the Role

We are hiring a B2B Marketing Technology Manager - Analytics to own and execute Rula’s Roadmap for B2B full-funnel reporting and analytics, including creating self-serve tools and reports through strong systems architecture, analytics instrumentation, and automation. This role sits on the B2B growth team and partners closely with Sales, RevOps, Data Engineering, Finance, and Analytics.

If you are a self-directed, resourceful, and tech-savvy business or technical professional, you enjoy understanding stakeholders' real needs to optimize and automate operations, and you thrive in an entrepreneurial and scrappy environment - This role is for you.

  • Previous ownership or involvement in B2B marketing analytics and reporting beyond creating reports (i.e. designed and delivered end-to-end funnel reporting with ability to see cohorts, attribution, and ROI) using relevant tools (examples: Looker, HubSpot, Redshift, HEX, funnel.io)

  • Experience implementing attribution approaches that informed marketing strategy, investment decisions, or performance evaluation

  • Experience creating automated workflows, sending information from one system to the other, and using technology in general to automate processes. This includes navigating logical rules (AND vs OR concatenating multiple datapoints across multiple tables)
